2nd Prize – Snopake stationery to the value of £100

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion is open to UK, IoM and CI residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Snopake Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Not open to Republic of Ireland residents. Only one entry per person is permitted. Closing date for final entry into the prize draw is midnight on 30.09.10.
  2. Registering will add your details to our newsletter database. We will never share your details with 3rd parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  3. There are 2 prizes of to be won; (1) Mulberry handbag worth at least £349, (2) Snopake products to the value of £100. The closing date for the draw will be up to and including midnight of the previous day. On 01.10.2010, winners will be randomly generated from entries received by midnight on the previous day.
  4. The prize draw will include all entries received up to and including midnight on the respective closing date. Winners will be subject to a full verification process and will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw date via email or telephone, depending on the information provided upon registration and method of entry.
  5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed, nor for any associated costs to claimants.
  6. When you register online at www.snopake.com/officeshow, you will be asked to provide a valid email address and/or mobile phone number and should be contactable at this email address and/or mobile phone number.
  7. In the event of an entrants' mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
  8. Limitations of liability. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
  9. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of details, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
  10. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
  11. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof.
  12. Any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
  13. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website, although we will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
  14. Conduct of participation. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  15. By entering the Promotion, prize winners acknowledge that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes and photographs or moving images of the entrants taken as part of the competition.
  16. Any material created as part of the above Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter or the Promoter shall have the rights to use such material. Prize winners agree for the Promoter to edit, publish and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
  17. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. Winners' names and counties available via the official prize draw website at www.snopake.com/officeshow for a minimum period of 1 month after the closing date.
