Q. What is covered under the Snopake guarantee?

The Snopake guarantee applies to Snopake filing products only. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage resulting from wear and tear under normal or reasonable usage. Please note that suitability and the term ‘normal usage’ varies between ranges. It is important to check what product is right for you by following our suitability guides at the pages below:

Q. What isn’t covered under the Snopake guarantee?
The Snopake guarantee does not apply to non-filing products. Damage resulting from wear and tear under abnormal usage is not covered by the Snopake guarantee. As well as suitability, Snopake products have maximum sheet capacities. Any damage resulting from exceeding the maximum capacity is not covered under the Snopake guarantee.
Q. How do I know which product is right for me?

Q. How do I make a claim under the guarantee?

You can submit a claim under the guarantee using our online form here. Alternatively you can return the faulty item complete with proof of purchase, your contact details and the nature of the fault to:

All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and products may be required for inspection and testing. In the event of a product being discontinued; we will offer you a product of a similar or higher value and specification.

Q. How do I return my Snopake product and where do I send it to?

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery when returning faulty items. Although we do not refund postage costs, on valid claims we will reimburse you for postage costs incurred by sending products to the value of the cheapest delivery method available (usually Royal Mail Signed For).

Please use adequate packaging to protect against transit damage and address the package to:

Q. I don’t have proof of purchase - Can I still make a claim?
Unfortunately, only claims accompanied by proof of purchase are guarantee to be honoured. You can still submit a claim without proof of purchase but it is discretionary whether you will receive a replacement.
